Description
Lay-in Tegular / Deep Tegular
Integra Lay-in panels offer several alternatives for the modern ceiling designer. The Lay-in panels are composed of 2 groups: Tegular and Deep Tegular. The only difference between the two groups is the sag height. The Tegular Lay-in panels have a sag height of 8 mm. of the T-24 system. The Deep Tegular has a sag height of 12 mm. and thereby the gap effect is magnified. The Lay-in system is available in galvanized steel or aluminum. The Tegular / Deep Tegular Lay-in systems offer an ideal solution when renovating projects.Lay-in Microlook
The Integra Microlook Lay-in panels are fully compatible with various T-15 suspension profiles. The Microlook Lay-in is, like other panels, available in galvanized steel and aluminum. The Microlook Lay-in panels lead to a narrower gap with the T-15 suspension profiles. The Microlook Lay-in is very suitable for modern ceiling designs. Integra Microlook Lay-in system offers the right solution for offices, shops and malls.Lay in Flat
The Integra Flat Lay-in panels are fully compatible with the various T-24 suspension systems. The panels are available in galvanized steel and aluminum. The Flat Lay-in panels, just like the other Lay-in systems, can be dismantled easily and without any tools. Integra Flat Lay-in system offers the right solution for general areas, kitchens and production areas. - Details

Acoustics
The metal ceilings of Integra can be supplied with an acoustic fleece and / or sealed stone or glass wool. In addition to its technical performance, the acoustic insert can also be perceived as part of the architectural design with its visible surface.
Color options: black / white / gray
Standards and GuidelinesThe measurements were carried out in accordance with the quality manual of the Laboratory for Acoustics and the following standards:
ISO 354: 2003[1]
Acoustics and Measurement of sound absorption in a reverberation room.
Note
The ISO 354 standard has been accepted in all EU countries as European Standard EN 354: 2003
From the measurement results, which are displayed in thirds from 100 to 5000 Hz, some single number designationsbeing calculated. The following standards are used for this:
ISO 11654: 1997
Acoustics - Silencers for use in buildings - Rating of sound absorption
ASTM-C423
Standard test method for sound absorption and absorption coefficients by the reverberation room method.
Integra metal panels meet the required level of absorption (NRC). The acoustic performance reports can be downloaded from our website.
[1] This standard states that for each measurement the average reverberation time of the empty reverberation room and of the reverberation room with the material to be investigated must be indicated per frequency band in the report.
In order not to burden the client with a large series of figures that are not relevant to assess the quality of the product, these have been omitted from this report. Naturally, these figures can be provided afterwards at the request of the client.

Types
-
Flat
Integra Lay-in Flat system is fully compatible with T-24 system. As with all other lay-in systems, lay-in flat panels can also be easily disassembled without the need for tools.
-
Tegular
Integra Lay-in Tegular System is used with T-24 suspension systems. With this system, the ceiling grilles are visible. The Tegular inlay panels are 8 mm lower than the T-24 system. The panels can be custom designed and produced, including the possibility of different height dimensions.
-
Deep Tegular
Integra Lay-in Deep-Tegular System is used with T-24 suspension system. With this system the grid profiles are visible. The Tegular inlay panels are 12 mm lower than the T24 system. The panels can be custom designed and produced, including the possibility of different height dimensions.Integra Lay-in Tegular System is used with T-24 spring systems. With this system, the ceiling grilles are visible. The Tegular inlay panels are 8 mm lower than the T-24 system. The panels can be custom designed and produced, including the possibility of different height dimensions.
-
Micro look
Integra Lay-in Microlook panels are fully compatible with T-15 and grooved suspension profiles. Inlaid micro-look panels create a narrower opening in the ceiling and provide a modern ceiling design. Panels fall 8 mm lower than the T-15 system.
-
Flush
Integra Lay-in Flush panels are fully compatible with various T-24 spring systems. The panels are no lower than the suspension system. As with all other lay-in systems, Lay-in Flush panels can also be easily disassembled without the need for tools.
-
FG
Integra Lay-in FG panels are fully compatible with various T-24 suspension systems. The suspension system is hidden because of the narrow gaps between the panels. The panels can be easily disassembled without the need for tools.
-
Plank
Integra Plank Lay-In panels are fully compatible with various T-15 and T-24 suspension systems. Grids are visible with this system. The panels can be produced with different levels of the suspension system. As with all other Integra Plank panels, they can be easily disassembled without the need for tools.
-
Corridor
Integra Lay-in Corridor panels are designed to provide the ideal solution for corridors with different sizes and details. Because the panels are produced according to the specific size of each modular area, material waste during installation is minimized. The panels can be easily disassembled without tools.
