  • Description

Integra Clip-in panels provide a clear monolithic ceiling through a concealed suspension system. The panels are produced in different sizes and with different perforations and colors as an option. Clip-in panels meet the needs of architectural designs. The Integra Clip-in panels are available in galvanized steel and aluminum. The Integra Clip-in system can be used in offices, factories and computer rooms, as well as at airports and undergrounds.

  • Details
  • Acoustics

The metal ceilings of Integra can be supplied with an acoustic fleece and / or sealed stone or glass wool. In addition to its technical performance, the acoustic insert can also be perceived as part of the architectural design with its visible surface.

Color options: black / white / gray
    Standards and Guidelines

The measurements were carried out in accordance with the quality manual of the Laboratory for Acoustics and the following standards:

    ISO 354: 2003[1]

Acoustics and Measurement of sound absorption in a reverberation room.

The ISO 354 standard has been accepted in all EU countries as European Standard EN 354: 2003

From the measurement results, which are displayed in thirds from 100 to 5000 Hz, some single number designationsbeing calculated. The following standards are used for this:

    ISO 11654: 1997

Acoustics - Silencers for use in buildings - Rating of sound absorption

Standard test method for sound absorption and absorption coefficients by the reverberation room method.

Integra metal panels meet the required level of absorption (NRC). The acoustic performance reports can be downloaded from our website.

[1] This standard states that for each measurement the average reverberation time of the empty reverberation room and of the reverberation room with the material to be investigated must be indicated per frequency band in the report.

In order not to burden the client with a large series of figures that are not relevant to assess the quality of the product, these have been omitted from this report. Naturally, these figures can be provided afterwards at the request of the client.

  • Types
    • Standard

Integra Clip-in panels can be independently and quickly disassembled with the benefit of concealed triangular suspension profiles. The system offers a monolithic ceiling image through this concealed hanging system.

    • nonius

Integra Clip-in Nonius system is used with clip-in standard profiles and Nonius hangers. This system is a better choice when installing a more rigid ceiling with the Clip-In system. Integra Clip-In Panels offer a monolithic ceiling appearance due to the concealed suspension system.

    • Heavy Duty

Integra Plank Clip-in Heavy Duty system, compared to other thick panels, offers higher rigidity due to the specially designed heavy-duty spring system. As with any other Integra Clip-in system, panels can be disassembled.

    • Heavy Duty Nonius

Integra Clip-in Heavy Duty Nonius System, consisting of Clip-in Heavy Duty spring system and vernier hangers, provides significant rigidity. As with any other Integra Clip-In system, panels can be dismounted independently and quickly.

    • Hinge Down

Integra Clip-in hinge panels can be swiveled down from the ceiling by hanging from the hinges on the profile edges. In areas where frequent and quick access is required, hinged panels offer a significant advantage.

    • Corridor

Integra Clip-in Corridor System is designed to provide ideal solutions for corridors with different sizes and details. Clip-in corridor panels, with their Heavy-duty Clip-in profiles, can be dismantled independently and quickly.

    • Outdoor

Integra Clip-in Exterior is a durable, resistant system for areas exposed to wind loads and a corrosive environment. Since the panels are attached to the profiles with rings, high resistance and rigidity are ensured, making it the right choice for external areas. Since the panels are covered with high-density paint on both sides, corrosion resistance is maximized.
